I didn’t always feel strong in my body
I’m a mom, and for a long time, I was living in chronic pain.
I went through six surgeries, constant setbacks, and the frustration of feeling like my body just wasn’t working the way it should.
Eventually, I was diagnosed with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and things started to make more sense. But at the time, it felt overwhelming and limiting.
I tried to push through it. I followed workouts that worked for other people. I thought if I just tried harder, I’d get stronger.
But instead, I felt more unstable, more fatigued, and more disconnected from my body.
Everything changed when I stopped forcing my body into what it couldn’t handle and started learning how to support it instead.
I focused on building stability, control, and strength in a way that actually worked with my body, not against it.
That’s when I finally started to feel stronger, more capable, and more confident again.
Now, I help other women do the same.
Especially those navigating hypermobility, chronic pain, or feeling like traditional fitness just doesn’t work for them.
My approach is built around understanding your body first—so we can create strength that’s sustainable, supportive, and actually effective.
If you’re ready to feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in your body, I’d love to support you.
And that’s exactly why I coach the way I do now.
My Approach
and why it is different
My approach isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about training smarter. I help you build strength, stability, and control so your body feels supported, not overwhelmed. Whether you’re dealing with hypermobility, pain, or working toward weight loss, everything is designed to be sustainable and effective for your body. Most importantly, I recognize everyone as their own individual, fitness is not a one size fits all.
