Designed for women with EDS, hypermobility, or joint instability, this program focuses on building muscle, improving stability, and teaching you how to move with control.
We take a form-first approach — teaching proper movement patterns, activating the right muscles, and building strength from the ground up. You’ll progress through a customized program using the progressive overload method, ensuring consistent and safe improvement over time.
Each phase is built around your body’s needs — balancing strength, mobility, and recovery so you can see real, sustainable results that last.

The Weight Loss Track is designed for women who want to lose body fat, build confidence, and take control of their health — without extreme diets or burnout. As a Certified Weight Loss Specialist, I focus on creating real, lasting change through education, accountability, and balance.
This track combines strength training, nutrition coaching, and habit-based strategies to help you improve your metabolism, manage chronic conditions (like prediabetes), and create routines that actually fit your life. Every plan is fully customized to your goals, abilities, and energy levels — because sustainable progress starts with a program that works for you.

We combine gentle strength training, mobility work, and symptom management strategies to help you move better, reduce discomfort, and maintain progress even on challenging days. Every plan is fully customized to your body, energy levels, and recovery needs.
