My Journey To Strength
Hi, I’m Juliya — and my journey into fitness began with a desire to heal, not to chase aesthetics.
After multiple surgeries, chronic pain, inflammation, and the changes of postpartum life, I felt disconnected from my own body. I struggled with muscle activation, stability, and confidence, and I didn’t want to “bounce back” — I just wanted to feel strong, capable, and like myself again.
Everything changed when I shifted my focus from how my body looked to how it functioned. I prioritized:
Strength
Sustainable weight loss
Recovery and mobility
Nervous system regulation
Small, consistent habits
And with that shift, the aesthetics followed naturally. A strong, healthy body begins on the inside.
Today, I help women rebuild strength, confidence, and connection through a holistic approach that blends strength training, sustainable weight loss, and recovery into one powerful journey. My programs — including my Hourglass Method — are rooted in the same methods and mindset that helped me reclaim my own body.
